It featured a time-series database, agents collecting various system metrics and events, multiple dashboards displaying system key indicators, and an auto-remediation core that brings self-healing capabilities to all connected platforms.
The engine now detects anomalies in the stream of metrics and logs and responds without needing platform operators.
During the project analysis phase, Sitecraft came to realize that there was no off-the-shelf product that would cover the client’s operational needs.
We researched how large enterprises handle this and decided to build a custom solution following
the best industry practices.
One of the platform modules – “Communication Helper”. It allows to automate day-to-day tasks such as maintenance and communication with platform users that might be affected by different types of incidents. Customized email template communication enables platform owners to reach their users quickly and effectively.
